- All merchandise must be returned unused and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, unless the item is deemed faulty.
- Refunds are NOT available for DVDs / Audio CDs / Headwear / Water Bottles & Gift Certificates
- All returns are subject to inspection.

What is our return policy?
Your satisfaction is essential to our success. If you are unhappy with any of our products, we will be happy to refund any unused items so long as you return them to us at your expense and in a saleable condition (this means unused and with all packaging intact) You can make a return within 14 days from the delivery date to our ecommerce warehouse.
Please email us for approval before returning any goods (see our returns procedure below for more details). For larger items it may be more convenient for you, if we arrange collection (mainland UK only), if this is the case please call us on +90530 558 11 54 to make arrangements.
How do I ship my online return?
To return an item to our ecommerce warehouse, you’ll need to complete the return form you received with your order. Send your returns to the ‘Me..time’ Pilates address shown on the return form. You should ship your return with a carrier who will provide you with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Packages must be returned prepaid. The cost of shipping merchandise back to us is not refunded.
When will my purchase be refunded?
Once your package has been received, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 30 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle.
Are there any items that can’t be returned?
Yes. CDs, DVDs, Underwear, headwear, water bottles, and gift cards are final sale.
